Return on Investment - Unlocking Potential
Simon was a Consultant in the Digital Marketing industry. His company recognised his potential and wanted to encourage him to develop the skills necessary to support their belief in him. They appointed us to work with him.
Through our early coaching sessions, Simon consciously made a choice to pursue a goal of making Senior Consultant. Our work together aroused the passion in him to achieve it.
He needed some time to work out what this meant for him and sessions three and four focused in on what it was that would make the difference. How did he see himself? What did he want to do? How could he shine?
By our fifth session, Simon had created his own vision of what a Senior Consultant looked and sounded like and by session six had begun to take the necessary action to deliver the goal.
By our eighth session it was clear that Simon had taken accountability for his own progression. Selling in new ideas, developing new client relationships and winning new business from existing clients were just some of the outcomes.
That month, he was promoted to Senior Consultant.
