Return on Investment - Taking the Lead
Ben was appointed as Managing Director of a company he had worked at for a number of years. Seeking support and guidance through the early stages of this new challenge, he appointed us to work with him.

Through our early coaching sessions, Ben made a conscious choice about the approach to take with people who were now looking to him for leadership. His passion to succeed was unquestionable; it was his confidence about how to start tackling a complex set of business and interpersonal challenges that required reinforcement.

Taking the time and space to become aware of what was happening in the business, it was during our third and fourth sessions that we began working on a 5 year business plan based upon his vision for the company – including what that would mean in the very short-term.

The plan has changed things in a very short period of time. With the full support of the Board, Ben is now taking action to address areas of the business that are not performing. At session six, we discussed the ways in which he can demonstrate his own accountability to act as a role model for others, as well how he can most effectively lead the change.

The business is already in a much more positive, energised place than it was a year ago and Ben has just committed to another six sessions to ensure that he remains focused on what needs to be done.
