About us ...

Some people know from an early age exactly what they want to do or be.

I wasn’t one of those.

So after University I trained as an accountant. I was good at it but it wasn't what I wanted for the rest of my life. So I went travelling - seeing amazing sights like the Great Wall and Forbidden City, experiencing different cultures and meeting wonderful people.

And I witnessed a vast contrast between wealth and poverty, often allowed to exist side by side. Travelling taught me that whilst talent is universal, opportunity is not.

I realised that most of all I wanted to help people make the most of the opportunities they have in life. I dedicated myself to learning how people achieve what they do - learning about business, learning cutting-edge techniques like NLP, learning from other people’s experiences and taking inspiration from their stories - people like Kevin Carroll, Kathy O’Dowd, Marla Runyan, whose stories often feature in our workshops.

Chief Encourager
So now, alongside coaching business people and corporate leaders, I am also working with children and young people, and with businesses that support schools and community groups, raising their aspirations and achievements.

In February 2011, I visited Kenya and began sponsoring a young boy, John, so he could go to school. I thought, “if we can help just one child ..” It has become an integral part of what I do; of who I am.

We now fund an educational farm; provide scholarships enabling 45 children to attend school and two students to study at university; and support a football academy, all providing opportunities for people to flourish.

Pay it Forward

We ask each child to PAY IT FORWARD. By giving each one an opportunity to flourish, we hope that each will help out others. It means we can reach out to more and more people.

It shows just what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.

So whether you already know what you want to be, do and have, or if you’re not yet sure, I hope you’ll fund things on our site that will help you make the most of the opportunities open to you.

Some things you might like about Neil …

• he’s been coaching for a long time (over 12 years) so knows what he’s doing (ask his clients)

• he loves his wife and children and enjoys spending time with them - they’re one of the reasons he runs the business the way he does

• he gives 5% of his income to community projects as well as time and energy - this sometimes makes life complicated as the charity gets paid before he does!

• he constantly sets himself new challenges, like climbing Mont Blanc or diving with Great Whites from a shark cage

• he’s honest and straight-forward.
And some things you might not …

• he’ll challenge you when its needed and tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s not what you want to hear, and

• he’ll keep you accountable to do the things you say.
